Modern Blue Kitchen

We were asked to design a kitchen to maximise space in this small kitchen area. The room is a dark area even with the extra central window, a light blue colour was chosen with Ice Queen solid surface work tops with deep profile perimeter profile and cove formed upstands to give a perfect seal to the walls. Led lighting to the mirrored plinths to create an impression of a larger floor area. All wall unit doors are electronic , open and close at the touch of the door. A secret door was made to access the utility area. Dishwasher drawers were installed to ease loading of crockery and a more efficient use of these appliances. The island is a prep area with integrated bin storage, large drawers, wine storage and glass display units ,with it all on special locking castors to allow moving around the kitchen if so required. Under the stairs a brew area was formed with a hidden sink, instant hot water tap and waste hole in the worktop for tea bags etc.
